Yoga
The Middle School Yoga Club aims to help students manage stress and find balance through yoga flows, deep breathing, and mindfulness practices. Yoga strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and sharpens focus while promoting relaxation and overall well-being. The goal is to inspire students to build healthy habits that support lifelong wellness.
