At Wantagh Middle School, we have a program that recognizes students who go out of their way to help and care for others. The program is called the caring warrior program.
Teachers or other staff members who see a student doing something special fill out a form in the Main Office. A 'W' is placed on the bulletin board outside of the Main Office.
At the end of the month, all “caring warrior” students have their picture taken and receive a certificate.
